  8.  The  commission  of  the CDN is to provide  an  efficient  distribution 
  9.  channel  from the authors of Christian-  and family-  oriented computer 
  10.  resources (shareware, freeware, text and similar resources)  to the end 
  11.  users.   The CDN is organized as a non-profit,  charitable,   501(c)(3) 
  12.  corporation  and  donations  to the corporation  are  deductible  under 
  13.  section 170(c)(2) of the Internal Revenue Code.

  15.  The  shareware programs distributed by CDN are the copyrighted works of 
  16.  their  respective authors submitted for distribution by  the  copyright 
  17.  holders.   Programs are compressed into downloadable format,   security 
  18.  sealed  for  tamper-proofing  and  authentication,   then  posted   for 
  19.  distribution to participating download sites (BBSs).

  22.  sysops, and users can participate.
